The Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, Inc. (the "PDLG") is committed to increasing the number of attorneys of diverse backgrounds working at member law firms and corporate law departments in Philadelphia. We will create programs to enhance recruitment and retention of minority lawyers by Philadelphia law firms and corporations. We will, in collaboration with area educational institutions, governments and businesses, develop initiatives and programs that will support the success of minority lawyers and encourage them tocome to stay in Philadelphia.

PDLG is committed to fostering a more diverse participation of lawyers in the Greater Philadelphia region in order to make our legal profession stronger, more productive and better equipped to address the challenges of the twenty-first century.
